Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to:

First point of contact with help desk customers on telephone and email to resolve various first and second level hardware and software issues
Printer installation and configuration, desktop, laptop and peripherals
Network basics and configuration
Server and backend infrastructure
Troubleshoot using various diagnostic tools and techniques
Provide resolution to customers ensuring high levels of customer service
Escalate any challenging technical issues to relevant personnel
Provide information on various products and services as requested
Maintain accurate records on query resolution both manually and on ticketing system
Recommend any process or system changes as needed
Maintain installation service catalogue
Regular reporting to management

Qualifications and Experience:
Ability to work under pressure
IT Qualification (A+, N+, MS Accreditations, MS365)
Knowledge of various computer systems and mobile devices (MS Windows and MAC OS)
Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
Microsoft products
Basic server and networking knowledge
